Ladies and Gentlemen:

This letter serves to clarify my earlier request and provide additional information in response to NAWC-TSD letter of May 7th, 1998 [attached].

At the onset, again I request copies of “bounced e-mail” messages, rejected messages, etc. that demonstrate you have attempted to send an Internet electronic mail [e-mail] message to the Internet mail address . This is a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol [SMTP] address which is the standard addressing scheme used by the U.S. military. Again, I claim that your assertion “. . . I was notified that my email address had not been specified. [page 3 of the 5/7/1998 letter]”, lacks veracity. In lieu of you providing copies of rejection messages, I request you provide copies of all your personal computer training courses you have attended in the last three years at NAWC-TSD. Please consider this a FORMAL request for such records if you can not produce the “bounced” or “rejected” e-mail transmissions.

Regarding Robin Scott. I again request a copy of her job description or other records that describe her duties performed from 1996 to the present. Interestingly, I forwarded three letters to her attention as “Administrative Contracting Officer” [ACO] in 1996. I never received any feedback or response from her that she was not the ACO for contract N61339-92-D-0018.

Regrading contract no. GS22F0101B, D.O. No. N61339-95-F-0311. I request copies of all statements of work, DD Forms 1155, Standard Forms 33, 34, and all monthly progress reports.

Regarding TASC coordination, please provide a status report on this issue.

Regarding GS-35F-4340D, D.O. HT01. Please provide copies of all DD Form 1155s, S.F. 33s, 34s, statements of work and monthly progress reports. Also, provide job description or other records that describe the duties of Mr. Whisner and Mr. Denver. A bidder’s mailing list is not necessary.

My request for documents related to Mr. James McBrayer in which you estimated a $9,300 search cost is HEREBY WITHDRAWN.

As a NEW request I request copies of NAWC-TSD’s policies regarding litigation in the U.S. District Court'’; i.e. how should the GENERAL COUNSEL be notified of litigation.

For the present time, I only require the copies of the foregoing documents.
